derring-do Crystal Rum is made from panela (unrefined, fresh pressed sugar cane). Distilled 3 times in a traditional copper pot still after an extensive fermentation period. This extremely smooth and pure expression of fresh sugar cane is the product of our patience and methodical approach to perfection.
